Nursery Manager

My name is Holly, and I joined Monkey Puzzle New Cross in June 2026. I have worked in early years childcare since 2015 and have been passionate about supporting children's learning and development throughout my career.

I hold a Level 5 qualification in Early Years Leadership and Management, alongside a Level 3 qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the Early Years.

My career in early years education began as an apprentice, and I have progressed through a variety of roles into leadership. I am passionate about continuous professional development, embracing changes and best practice within the childcare sector, and ensuring that every child receives the highest standard of care and education.

My vision for the nursery is to create a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment where every child, family and member of staff feels valued, respected and supported. I place a strong emphasis on mental wellbeing, ensuring that everyone who comes through our doors—whether to learn or to work—feels emotionally supported, encouraged and cared for.

I am excited to continue my journey with Monkey Puzzle New Cross and look forward to working alongside our fantastic team to create the very best experience for our children and families.
